Bumdoodler’s Lunch Co
Bumdoodler’s is a beloved, hold-in-the-wall lunch spot in Boerne, TX, renowned for its homemade pies and enormous sandwiches. Their previous branding, while nostalgic, didn’t fully capture the inviting, family-friendly atmosphere that makes them so special.
For this redesign, I focused on creating a playful, approachable identity that reflects their charm and legacy. The updated logo features warm tones and a welcoming picnic basket icon, with a subtle nod to their signature pies incorporated into the basket’s weave pattern. This detail celebrates one of their iconic menu items while reinforcing the comforting, homemade feel of the brand.
